4. Eligibility for Refunds

- Usage: The service must not have been fully utilized. For example, if you have fully accessed a one-time report or feature, a refund may not be provided.

Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle. No further charges will be made, but no refunds will be issued for the remaining period of the subscription.
10. Grace Period for Cancellations
If you cancel your subscription before the start of a new billing cycle, your cancellation will be effective immediately and you will not be charged for the upcoming cycle.
